Throughout his career, McNally has guided clients to maximize their impact through periods of rapidly changing audience behavior. He has successfully helped clients shift their approach to media from simply a planning and buying space to a strategic function that leverages new methods of communication and technology. For three years in a row, PharmaVOICE named him to the PharmaVOICE 100, as one of the most influential people in the life sciences industry, and in 2016 he received the Gold Award for MM&M Agency Marketer of the Year.
Nandini has extensive experience leading both hardware and software engineering teams. She was previously at Twitter, leading engineering effectiveness for the social media company’s 1,300-person technical organization. Prior to Twitter, Nandini led the $320M Java business unit for Oracle, and previously served as Senior Director of the Client Software Group at Sun Microsystems.
Prior to joining Outcome, John served as Chief Compliance Officer for all of Danaher’s Dental Platform companies, and also held senior legal and compliance roles at Genentech, Johnson & Johnson, Hospira, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Shire.
John received his B.A. degree in History and Political Science from McGill University in Quebec and he received his J.D. from Rutgers University of Law in Newark, N.J.
A true business partner, Danny works to translate business strategy into talent insights. His focus is continually on unlocking the growth potential of organizations by placing the right person, in the right role, at the right time and then supporting their development.
Danny’s HR background includes: Change Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Relations, Performance & Potential Management, and Organizational Design. He holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from St. John’s School of Law with a focus on Employment Law and Business Organizations.
Prior to joining Outcome, Chris was the Chief Financial Officer of Rightpoint where he led all finance, accounting, planning, client finance and information systems functions. He oversaw the overhaul of planning and reporting systems and processes that fully integrated finance, staffing, recruitment and the professional services team leaders into a “one version of the truth” reporting and forecasting cadence. Chris has also held Chief Financial Officer positions at HelloWorld, SingleHop, Fooda, and Rewards Network.
Chris believes that finance, accounting and information systems need to ``get to the center`` and be the critical force providing relevant and timely information, insights and support to decision makers.
Greg brings more than 20 years of health, marketing and customer relationship experience to Outcome Health, most recently as Chief Client Officer at Publicis Health Media (PHM), the leading health media planning and buying agency of the world’s third largest communications group, Publicis Groupe. During his tenure at PHM, Greg helped build an agency at the cutting edge of media innovation for the health and wellness industry. He partnered with clients such as Sanofi, Bayer, Hospital Corporation of America, NovoNordisk, Biogen, Daiichi-Sankyo, Merck Serono and more.
Before joining PHM, Greg held several leadership and entrepreneurial positions at prestigious health and marketing organizations, including Razorfish, W2O Group, Viacom and Forrester Research.
Greg resides outside of New York City with his family and is happy to discuss skiing or fishing pretty much any time of the year.
Siobhan brings a wealth of experience in value creation through managing organizational and process transformation, integrating acquisitions, scaling finance organizations and providing business partnership to leadership teams across enterprise, federal and consumer-oriented businesses.
Prior to joining Outcome Health, Siobhan was Vice President of Finance for CenturyLink’s Enterprise and Federal business unit since 2017. From 2015 to 2017, she was Vice President of Pricing and Commercial Management for CenturyLink’s Enterprise units, supporting over $7B of revenue.
Previously, she held Vice President and Corporate Controller roles at Savvis and Cable and Wireless Inc and has served on the boards of an Infrastructure joint venture and entities in Europe and Asia.
Siobhan is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and holds an Executive Masters in International Business from Saint Louis University.
