Throughout his career, McNally has guided clients to maximize their impact through periods of rapidly changing audience behavior. He has successfully helped clients shift their approach to media from simply a planning and buying space to a strategic function that leverages new methods of communication and technology. For three years in a row, PharmaVOICE named him to the PharmaVOICE 100, as one of the most influential people in the life sciences industry, and in 2016 he received the Gold Award for MM&M Agency Marketer of the Year.
Nandini has extensive experience leading both hardware and software engineering teams. She was previously at Twitter, leading engineering effectiveness for the social media company’s 1,300-person technical organization. Prior to Twitter, Nandini led the $320M Java business unit for Oracle, and previously served as Senior Director of the Client Software Group at Sun Microsystems.
Prior to joining Outcome, John served as Chief Compliance Officer for all of Danaher’s Dental Platform companies, and also held senior legal and compliance roles at Genentech, Johnson & Johnson, Hospira, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Shire.
John received his B.A. degree in History and Political Science from McGill University in Quebec and he received his J.D. from Rutgers University of Law in Newark, N.J.
Throughout her career, Heidi has leveraged bold strategic thinking, creativity and relentless focus in building customer partnerships to lead teams to new heights. As the SVP of the Healthcare Industry Vertical at Time Inc., Heidi was recognized for her vision and guidance in driving digital transformation. Under her leadership, the healthcare business unit set the standard for the company by doubling digital revenues, leveraging new go-to-market strategies, updating products and platforms, and enhancing first and third-party data capabilities.
Prior to Time Inc., Heidi spent 8 years building and leading high-performing digital sales teams for WebMD and Medscape. During her tenure as publisher of WebMD Magazine, she tripled revenues of WebMD’s point of care portfolio.

A true business partner, Danny works to translate business strategy into talent insights. His focus is continually on unlocking the growth potential of organizations by placing the right person, in the right role, at the right time and then supporting their development.
Danny’s HR background includes: Change Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Relations, Performance & Potential Management, and Organizational Design. He holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from St. John’s School of Law with a focus on Employment Law and Business Organizations.
Heath’s professional experience includes interim management, business recovery and restructuring, M&A advisory, performance improvement and business transformation. Over the course of his career, he has advised companies, boards, sponsors and lenders in a variety of restructuring and transformational events, as both an advisor and in interim roles. Prior to joining Outcome Health, Heath served as Associate Chief Restructuring Officer for a global digital media company and as Interim Vice President of Finance for businesses in the out-of-home advertising and consumer technology industries.
Heath holds a B.A. in Public Policy Studies from Duke University. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors.
Seth most recently co-founded the Chicago office of Michelman & Robinson LLP (M&R), a premiere boutique law firm, where he was a Partner in the firm’s Commercial & Business Litigation Practice Group. During his time at K&L Gates, and then M&R, Seth frequently innovated alongside his high-growth technology company clientele as a strategic partner for clients across ad tech, health tech, media tech, tech manufacturing, social media, green energy, music, integrated marketing and communications businesses.
Seth was honored in 2014 by the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin and Chicago Lawyer Magazine, when they named him to their lists of “40 Under Forty.” He has been named a “Rising Star” for the past seven consecutive years by Super Lawyers, a designation reserved for only the top 2.5% of lawyers under the age of 40.
Matthew Ray is the Founder and Managing Partner of Portage Point Partners where he has served as Chief Restructuring Officer, Chief Executive Officer, Lead Independent Director, Restructuring Committee Chairman and Strategic Advisor leading organizational, operational, financial and strategic transformations for middle market companies. Prior to founding Portage Point, Matt Co-Founded Victory Park Capital where he was a Senior Partner and one of three founding members responsible for multi-billion dollar asset growth comprising a diversified fund offering. Previously, he was a Senior Analyst at Magnetar Capital and started his career in corporate and investment banking. Matt has served on 13 Boards of Directors and currently serves as a director of Ascent Aviation Services. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Mike Gamson is Senior Vice President, Global Solutions for LinkedIn where he leads the Global Solutions Organization (GSO) across the company’s 30 offices worldwide. The GSO includes various functions ranging from field sales and professional services representatives, to research analysts, account managers and operational experts. Previously, Gamson was director of product marketing at Advent Software, a provider of enterprise software for investment managers, where he led the trading and order management business. Gamson began his career as an entrepreneur, founding a restaurant and boutique hotel which he eventually sold and joined Bank of America as a financial analyst. Gamson holds a BA from Amherst College.
Robert A. Schriesheim is chairman of Truax Partners LLC and partners with institutional investors while serving on the boards of companies undergoing strategic and financial transformations with significant experience in the information services, software and communications sector. Previously Schriesheim was the CFO of a number of public companies ranging from approximately $1 billion to $40 billion in revenue, including retailer Sears Holdings Corporation, global human resource solutions provider Hewitt Associates and Lawson Software, a global ERP software provider. He has also served as a board director of 10 public companies and is currently a director of four publicly traded companies including, real estate company Forest City Realty Trust, international investment bank Houlihan Lokey, Inc., wireless provider NII Holdings Inc. (formerly Nextel International), semiconductor company Skyworks Solutions, Inc. and of privately held First Advantage, a global provider of analytics and outsourced talent solutions. Schriesheim has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Princeton University.
Ken is global co-head of Goldman Sachs Investment Partners in the Investment Management Division, a position he has held since the group’s inception in 2007. He is also a managing director ally of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Network. Ken joined Goldman Sachs in 1989 as an analyst in the Investment Banking Division and worked in the Real Estate and Financial Institutions Groups. From 1992 to 1998, he worked on the Equity Derivatives desk and then moved to Goldman Sachs Principal Strategies in 1998. Ken was named managing director in 2001 and partner in 2004. Ken serves on the Board of Directors of Riverdale Country Day School. Ken earned an AB in Quantitative Economics and History from Stanford University in 1989.
Robert Pelzer was President of Novartis Corporation from 2008 to 2013. Prior to that he was General Counsel of Novartis Pharma AG. Mr. Pelzer is currently a director of Aquinox Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Sierra Oncology, Inc. as well as number of private companies. He previously served on the board of Idenix Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He holds a B Comm and an LLB from the University of Alberta.
Tarrah is a Partner of Rise Strategy Group where she works with clients to harness the potential of digital media for business development, reputation management, and crisis communications. Formerly, Cooper was the Managing Director at Mercury, a leading global, bipartisan public strategy firm, where she was responsible for the business development and strategic communications at the firm’s new Chicago office. Prior to joining Mercury, Cooper was the Press Secretary for Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel. Cooper, a Chicago native, began working with Emanuel in 2010 as the Deputy Press Secretary of his mayoral campaign, where she served as a primary spokesperson and assisted with crafting, managing and communicating his strategic vision and priorities for Chicago. Cooper graduated cum laude from the University of Missouri-Columbia, with a degree in Journalism.
Bob is Co-founder and President of ALUMinate, Inc., a provider of data analytics and regional alumni engagement services to universities and colleges, and Executive Chairman of ALUMinate affiliate, Uprising Technologies, which also serves higher education with single sign-on, data integration and identity management solutions. He is founding Managing Director of Limerick Investments, which invests in early stage technology companies. For more than two decades, Bob has been involved with emerging technology companies, having founded Duchossois Technology Partners in 1999, and having served as Chairman of the Illinois Innovation Accelerator Fund (i2A Fund). Bob also was a Founding Investor and served as Chairman of Chicago Ventures, Chicago’s leading seed-early stage venture capital fund, where he now is a Senior Advisor. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the Lindner College of Business, and was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Commercial Science degree from the University of Cincinnati in 2013, and the Presidential Medal for Excellence in 2017.
