Matt McNally

Chief Executive Officer

Matt McNally is Chief Executive Officer at Outcome Health and brings with him deep industry knowledge and proven record of success to oversee the company’s operational transformation. Matt previously served as Chief Media Officer at Publicis Health and President of Digitas Health North America. In this role, McNally led a team of approximately 700 creative and strategic professionals focused on connecting healthcare brands with relevant patient, caregiver and healthcare professional audiences.

Throughout his career, McNally has guided clients to maximize their impact through periods of rapidly changing audience behavior. He has successfully helped clients shift their approach to media from simply a planning and buying space to a strategic function that leverages new methods of communication and technology. For three years in a row, PharmaVOICE named him to the PharmaVOICE 100, as one of the most influential people in the life sciences industry, and in 2016 he received the Gold Award for MM&M Agency Marketer of the Year.

Nandini Ramani

Chief Operating Officer

Nandini Ramani is Chief Operating Officer at Outcome Health, where she leads the product and operations functions to ensure the most rigorous health information platform and campaign audit standards in the industry. Previously she held the position of Chief Engineering Officer to scale and strengthen the technology platform and hardware that enable physicians to better discuss diagnoses and treatments with patients.

Nandini has extensive experience leading both hardware and software engineering teams. She was previously at Twitter, leading engineering effectiveness for the social media company’s 1,300-person technical organization. Prior to Twitter, Nandini led the $320M Java business unit for Oracle, and previously served as Senior Director of the Client Software Group at Sun Microsystems.

John Vaughan

General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer

As Chief Compliance Officer, John is focused on developing, implementing and overseeing compliance policies and procedures. In this newly created role, he brings to it his extensive background in commercial compliance, government affairs and regulatory affairs to ensure that the company operates according to the highest standards of integrity and quality.

Prior to joining Outcome, John served as Chief Compliance Officer for all of Danaher’s Dental Platform companies, and also held senior legal and compliance roles at Genentech, Johnson & Johnson, Hospira, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Shire.

John received his B.A. degree in History and Political Science from McGill University in Quebec and he received his J.D. from Rutgers University of Law in Newark, N.J.

Heidi Anderson

Chief Growth Officer

As Chief Growth Officer, Heidi oversees the commercial aspects at Outcome Health. This includes industry sales, marketing and strategic partnerships with a focus on curating a platform for care and enhancing client conversions. Heidi is recognized as a champion for exploration and vision within the healthcare industry and a transformation expert.

Throughout her career, Heidi has leveraged bold strategic thinking, creativity and relentless focus in building customer partnerships to lead teams to new heights. As the SVP of the Healthcare Industry Vertical at Time Inc., Heidi was recognized for her vision and guidance in driving digital transformation. Under her leadership, the healthcare business unit set the standard for the company by doubling digital revenues, leveraging new go-to-market strategies, updating products and platforms, and enhancing first and third-party data capabilities.

Prior to Time Inc., Heidi spent 8 years building and leading high-performing digital sales teams for WebMD and Medscape. During her tenure as publisher of WebMD Magazine, she tripled revenues of WebMD’s point of care portfolio.

Heidi is particularly passionate about supporting women as they evolve and establish themselves throughout their careers.

Daniel Dellacona

Chief Human Resources Officer

Daniel (Danny) Dellacona is Executive Vice President, People & Talent for Outcome Health and brings with him over 15 years of strategic experience as an HR leader. Prior to joining Outcome Heath, he was SVP, People Development & Organizational Effectiveness for Publicis Health; the health & wellness industry vertical of Publicis Groupe.

A true business partner, Danny works to translate business strategy into talent insights. His focus is continually on unlocking the growth potential of organizations by placing the right person, in the right role, at the right time and then supporting their development.

Danny’s HR background includes: Change Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Relations, Performance & Potential Management, and Organizational Design. He holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from St. John’s School of Law with a focus on Employment Law and Business Organizations.

Greg Freiberg

Chief Financial Officer

Greg Freiberg is Chief Financial Officer at Outcome Health where he is responsible for corporate financial planning, management and reporting.

Greg has a long track record as a seasoned CFO in the media and technology verticals, resulting in the creation of approximately $2.5bn of equity value at his past three public companies. This comprised a greater than 6.5x return at Savvis, a greater than 3.5x return at Dex Media, and a greater than 50% return at New Media. He has consistently built successful relationships with employees, boards, investors, banks, oversight agencies, investors, and peers/competitors. Greg has utilized these relationships to underpin successful digital transformations, cultural transformations, strategy pivots, high growth opportunities, and ultimately significant value creation. He has managed a business to a public listing, raised more than $3bn of equity and debt, sourced/negotiated and closed more than 50 acquisitions, executed significant capital structure transformations, and paid out more than $300mm in dividends. He has established and run businesses in seventeen countries and lived in China for eight years.

Greg served in the Army National Guard for nine years, rising to the rank of Captain and Infantry Company Commander. Greg has also served on the Board of Directors for joint ventures in Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, the Philippines, Singapore and Taiwan.
